With over 20 years of experience in Learning and Development which includes 9 years with Hong Kong and Shanghai Banking Corp. (HSBC) and the rest as a freelance corporate trainer with Work Better Training Pvt ltd. (acquired by upGrad in 2021), 3AM Learning, Tatva Leadership and C2C OD Pvt. Ltd., Jitin has developed and delivered training solutions across Industries - Financial Services, FMCG, Event Management, Manufacturing, Logistics, Hospitality, Telecom and others.
An experienced facilitator, Jitin has conducted training solutions on subjects like Retail Banking, Trade Finance, Operations Management, Sales and Relationship Management, Soft Skills, Outbound Team Building, Organizational Orientation (involving culture, diversity and company values) and Management Development.
Adding to his expansive corporate experience, Jitin is also a trained actor. Training with the likes of industry stalwarts like Mr. Barry John, Mr. Sunil Shanbag, Ms. Geetanjali Kulkarni, Ms. Amal Allana (NSD) and Mr. Feizal Alkali has aided his understanding of the human capital in the organization ensuring a higher ROI on his training interventions.
With a career spanning 14 years as a professional actor, Jitin has been a part of successful marquee shows like Bambai Meri Jaan (Amazon Prime), Kaala (Hotstar), Salt City (SonyLiv), Inside Edge (Amazon Prime), Tribhuvan Mishra CA Topper (Netflix), Zindagi in Short (Netflix) and movies like MS Dhoni - The Untold Story and Qaidi Band. Jitin has also been working as a Visiting Faculty at various post graduate colleges in Mumbai . His stint with Rizvi Institute of Management Studies & Research since 2008 has been particularly rewarding further adding to his L&D repertoire.
Although Jitin has a banking background and started his career as a Product and Sales Trainer, he found his bearing in programs relating to Workforce Development. With a diverse experience in two Industries - Learning and Development and the Arts, he specializes in programmes relating to Soft Skills, Outbound Team Buildings and Management Development.
